    The Sonnet Crescendo G3 has no complicated DIP switches or control panels to configure. Once the processor upgrade card is installed, it automatically sets the clock speed of the processor to the maximum speed possible for your particular Power Mac. The highest available clock speed is a function of the computer's fixed bus speed, which varies with each model. This auto-configuration feature ensures you get the best possible performance from your computer.

    • The Crescendo G3 upgrade cards have been designed to be universally compatible with all supported Power Macs. For the Power Macintosh 7100 and 8100, an optional adapter kit allows the processor direct slot PDS video card or AV card to attach to the Crescendo G3 through a pass-through connection. With the adapter kit, the video or AV card will occupy the middle NuBus slot.

  • Crescendo G3 は 製品番号： 「C61A-71」と「C61A-81」のアダプターで PM7100 とPM8100の PDS AV あるいは ビデオカードをサポートします。
  • Crescendo G3 は 6100 DOS と NuBus カードをサポートしません。また、現在には G3/NuBus 250MHz/512KB と G3/NuBus 266MHz/1MB のみ 6100 AV カードをサポートします。
